School Games Gold Mark Award
We are delighted to announce that we, William Morris Primary School, have achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2023/24 academic year! This is the second year we have been awarded the Gold Mark Award and we are thrilled that our children's grit, resilience and determination has been recognised.
Our sporting achievements this year include:
- Obtaining a place in the finals of the Year 5/6 Quadkids Athletics Competition
- Participating in the Banbury Cluster Football League
- Participating in the Banbury Cluster Netball League
- Attending the Banbury Area Primary Cross Country Competition
- Attending the Year 3/4 Orienteering Festival
- Attending the BGN Leadership Day
- Attending the Year 1 Multiskills Festival
- Attending the Year 2 Shooting Stars Football Festival
- Attending the Year 3/4 Boys Football Festival
We are extremely proud of our pupils for their dedication to all aspects of school sport, including those young volunteers, leaders and officials who made our competitions possible.
