🚗✨ Exploring the Science Behind Cars! ✨🚗
Yesterday, our incredible Year 1 students took part in an exciting STEAM lesson as part of our amazing GLF STEAM curriculum! 🔧🔬 They explored the question: What makes a car, a car?
With the help of Mr. Parsons, the children ventured out to the car park to see real cars up close and learn about their different components. From wheels to engines, they discovered how each part works and why it’s so important. 🛞⚙️
This learning ties into our study of the brilliant Sir Alex Issigonis, the visionary behind the iconic Mini! 🚘 Understanding how cars work will inspire the children as they prepare to design and create their very own car prototypes in the coming weeks. How exciting is that? 🌟
A huge thank you to Mr. Parsons for bringing this fascinating lesson to life. We love seeing our students engage with hands-on, practical learning experiences that spark their imaginations.
